End User License Agreement

ATTENTION:
This end user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Vegasaur.com ("Licensor"). The term "Software" used below refers to any software product and all associated software utilities, provided to you by Vegasaur.com, any updates to the software, any associated software components and any electronic documentation. By using Vegasaur.com software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not use the software.

1. PERMITTED USE

Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the following terms:

1.1 Free Software

You may install and use the Software on any computer in your possession without charge. Commercial use is allowed.

1.2 Paid Software

The Licensee must purchase a single-user license or a multi-user license from the Licensor. A unique key ("License Key"), which allows you to download the Software or use the Software beyond its free trial period, will be sent to you immediately after purchase. You shall be responsible for maintaining the License Key in a safe location and are specifically prohibited from distributing the License Key, intentionally or unintentionally, to any third party. In case of sharing your License Key your registration key will be blacklisted and result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

If a single-user license was bought, the Licensee has the option of creating a single installation of the Software possibly used by one or more persons, or creating multiple installations of the Software used exclusively by a single person. Any combination of these options, or installing the Software on a network server, is not permitted.

If a multi-user license was bought, the Licensee may create as many installations of the Software as the number of users the license is valid for, regardless of the number of people using those installations, provided that each of the installations can be used by only one person at a time. At any given time, the number of people who could possibly use the Software concurrently must be equal to or less than the number of users the license is valid for. If the number of possible concurrent users grows, you must promptly buy additional licenses.

Regardless of the number of licenses bought, the Licensee has right to place an additional copy of the Software on a removable medium for backup purposes to protect the investment made. This archival copy does not count as an installation.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You hereby agree that you MAY NOT and will not do (or permit any other person or entity to do) any of the following:

distribute or make the Software available over a network;
re-sell the Software in any way;
rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Software and, if you sell your computer to a third party, you must remove the Software from the computer before doing so;
decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify the Software or any part thereof;
use the Software, documentation or any portion thereof after any expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement or any license granted hereunder;
include the Software in any product which is created for resale;
use the Software to create any products competitive to Vegasaur.com products available at vegasaur.com

Licensor keeps full rights to change any part of the Software.

3. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information - including but not limited to technical information about your computer, system and application software - that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Software. Licensor may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.

4. NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

5. TERMINATION

The license is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
